All services, including email account access, email relay services, email delivery, email storage, email retrieval, email filtering, email routing, and automated sending, receiving, or processing of email messages or other data, may be suspended, terminated, or destroyed, at the sole discretion of Sprux LLC, for any reason at any time, without warning or notice, and such actions shall remain free of any and all liability, onus, and obligation in perpetuity and universally. You (User) hereby accept and assume sole and complete responsibility for any event, outcome, loss, damage, repercussion, setback, effect, reaction, implication, byproduct, oppression, ruin, havoc, hindrance, delay, burden, distress, injury, destiny, and consequence, as well as all future events and conditions directly, indirectly, or potentially related to. By using or interacting with services, media, or digital content of any kind, you (User) accept 100% responsibility for your account(s) and all account data.

Services, products, software interfaces, and digital content provided or offered by BattleBorn.CC or any computer system or network service or provider thereof shall be regarded by User as strictly experimental, unstable, and unfit for any purpose other than research and testing.

Control of Your Email and Privacyī and Sprux LLC system administrators and operators ARE NOT GRANTED LICENSE, RIGHT, OR PRIVILEGE TO ACCESS DATA OWNED BY ANY LEGITIMATE AUTHORIZED USER ACCOUNT, for any product or service, for purposes of content analysis, data mining, machine learning, metadata collection, or other purpose with the exception of: bulk data and system backup processes, recovery of system from data backup archive following system failure or other data-loss scenario, forensic investigation or audit following an unauthorized intrusion, warrant or court order (ideally under advisement of counsel), or explicit request or authorization by the User or account holder. This agreement is made between Sprux LLC, a Nevada limited liability company with its primary mailing address at PO Box 770, Carson City, NV 89702 and any person or entity (hereinafter referred as "User") accessing any service or digital content provided by, , or any computer system authorized to host content or services under the domain. In Nevada, Spectrum have little competition and surely enjoy well over 50% of the market. Spectrum provides internet service to roughly 30% of the U.S. Spectrum has not even directly acknowledged the issue yet.
